What matters to us:

Must have High School diploma or G.E.D.
Possession of valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
Currently possess or able to complete first aid & CPR certification (training provided)
Communicate well with others including staff and our individuals

Essential Functions:

Assists with recreational activities, parties, and special events in the community
Assists with the coordination of all travel arrangements, including transportation, lodging, and activities
Travels with individuals and staff on vacation as needed
Acts as community liaison to develop and implement volunteer, employment, learning, and recreational opportunities for individuals.
Communicates well with others including staff and our individuals
Support our individuals direct care needs including, but not limited to: getting dressed, assisting with baths and showering, toileting and hygiene needs, feeding, assist with walking and/or wheelchair mobility, and frequently lift and/or move 50-75lbs; while assisting a person with movement or direct care

Schedule:

10 hour shift
Weekends as needed
