Wendell Foster is a private non-profit serving over 2,000 people each year across Western Kentucky and Southern Indiana. While known for supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, we also offer a wide range of services including outpatient therapy, residential and community living, assistive technology, and transportation.

With over 350 dedicated staff members, we’re proud to be a leading employer in the region and were honored as the Gold Winner for “Best Place to Work” in the 2021, 2024, 2025 Best of Owensboro Living Awards. Our mission and values are rooted in the legacy of our founders, Edith and Wendell Foster, and continue to guide our work today.
